Feast in Florence

The Feast restuarant located in Florence on the Oregon coast and is all about local, natural, and organic food.

With chefs trained at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, it's no wonder people are raving about the new American-style cuisine they are serving up at Feast.

With dishes ranging from local duck breast served over greens with a french cherry gastrique sauce, to the scallops seared to perfection served with blue pototoes and local vegetables from whisky creek farms just 6 miles away. There's something for every pallet.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is another thing to rave about. I would describe it as new age grass roots with a touch of elegant ambiance. It features a full bar handcrafted by a local woodmaster as well.

Since everything at Feast is prepared from scratch, it takes on average about 45 minutes for main courses to get out but it's well worth the wait for the food they are serviing.

With excellent service as well, Feast is on its way to becoming one of the first 5 star, all local and organic reatuarants on the Oregon coast.
