Haunting at Yaquina Head Lighthouse

My husband and I stayed at Moolack Shores Motel in Newport back in September 2008.

At about approximately, 3am, we were on the balcony in the Race Car Room and noticed a light in one of the windows of the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. This wasn't the tower, but a window on the lower level. We went to the lighthouse 2 days later and noticed that the window was completely boarded up.

On our last night at the motel, we stayed up late just to look for the light in that window of the lighthouse. Sure enough, around 3am, the light came back on. We didn't take a tour inside, but we did see the light.
