I Worked At Pixie Kitchen. It Was Awesome!

I worked at the Pixie Kitchen as a second job while working for Chef George Paris at Paris by the Sea (1980-82).

It is one of the most vivid memories of my early culinary career. I loved every day of it.

I went on to work for Chef Robert Pounding,(now owner of the Blackfish Cafe) at Salishan in the early 90s.

Thank you so much for posting the video.

I loved that place.

I was a child when my grandparents went there for dinner on Saturday night. I was allowed one of the mashed potato balls.

By any chance do you know that recipe or know what they were officially called? I always called them the potato fish balls. I would love to know if you can help.
