I worked at the Pixie Kitchen as a second job while working for Chef George Paris at Paris by the Sea (1980-82).
It is one of the most vivid memories of my early culinary career. I loved every day of it.
I went on to work for Chef Robert Pounding,(now owner of the Blackfish Cafe) at Salishan in the early 90s.
