The Oregon Coast campgrounds that span the entire length of Hwy 101 are well maintained, have great amenities and are situated in some of the most beautiful spots you're going to find. With the forests, ocean, and mountains surrounding you, a peaceful stay is inevitable. There are also many places that are designated as Day-Use Only areas all along the coast, from North to South. These are places that you can park, hit the bathrooms if you need to, walk the beach, break out the digital camera for a photo opp, enjoy the scenery and even kick back for a nice nap. In fact, one of my favorite things to do is park at a Day-Use Only area, facing the beach, open the car window and snuggle into my seat for a nap. The sound of the surf and the seagulls put me out in no time. Great times! Below is a list of the Oregon Coast campgrounds in the Oregon State Parks that you have to choose from. Enjoy your time away! ;) North Oregon Coast Campgrounds with Day-Use Facilities
