The innkeeper at our hotel recommended The Pirates Cove restaurant in Garibaldi. It was wonderful.
It had been 3 years since I had been at the Oregon coast, and I was hoping for some good seafood. I got it there. Even better, was the fact that my wife, who is allergic to seafood was able to choose from a large selection of non seafood dishes there.
Great food, great service, and great ambiance. Good job Pirates Cove!
And the view is always wonderful. Plan on spending a bit of time there as food is always cooked fresh to order.

Great Food at Pirates Cove by: Kay
We have been going to Pirates Cove for 5 years since we purchased a second home in Twin Rocks.
The food is always very good and of course the view is wonderful.
I find the staff to be friendly.
It is a great place to stop and have a meal.

Great View and Great Food at Pirates Cove by: Andrea Saso
I have been going to Pirates Cove since shortly after they opened. It's a great place to go for a romantic dinner for 2 or for a family meal. The food has always been superb and the view of Tillamook Bay is incredible.
I will continue to give them my business for years to come!

Food Great at Pirates Cove by: Anonymous
We try to go there every year.
This year, like two others, they have been closed on Thursday and Friday. When you call they indicate they will be open, but you get there and they are closed for the evening.
We have shifted to eating at Cannon beach in that we know that the food is as good as Pirates Cove but they will be open.

Unhappy with Pirates Cove by: Anonymous
We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and planned a week visiting the Oregon coast.
We asked the Innkeeper at our hotel if he could reccommend a nice place to have dinner. He suggested Pirates Cove.
The view and the atmosphere were very nice and the service was good. However, I was very unhappy with the quality of the food. I ordered the Oriental Saute with the Ceasar salad. When the salad was served I was about to begin eating when I noticed a hair in the salad (uck).
The main entree looked appealing but I ended up spending most of the night visiting the bathroom. I was NOT a happy camper.
I will not be back. Seems like a discount on my dinner would have been a nice gesture for serving a hairy salad. Never again.

Low Point of Our Coastal Trip by: Anonymous
We had lunch at the Pirates Cove on the Oregon coast a few weeks ago and found the food and service some of the worst on our trip. A disappointment.
