Neskowin has always been, in my mind, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Oregon Coast.
It's also an easy hike up Proposal Rock, which I've climbed all my life and was recently proposed to there.
The accomadations are all beautiful with soft beds with magnificent views of Proposal Rock and sunsets.
You are able to have a fire on the beach, and there is a gourmet restaurant in town. The only restaurant in town, so go early...there is a wait. They have wood fired pizza and many other gourmet items. I've spent many romantic times there and highly reccomend it.
