REVIEW: Elizabeth Street Inn, Newport, OR

The Elizabeth Street Inn in Newport, Oregon is AWESOME!

First, it's beachfront, which is the only way to go, IMO.

Secondly, it's been renovated and the suites are very up to date and clean. Every suite has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, gas fireplace and a couch. The beds were average but not saggy. We got a good night's rest.

The Elizabeth Street Inn serves FREE salmon chowder each evening at dinner, FREE fresh baked cookies each evening at 8pm, and an AMAZING breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is one of our favorite things because we're picky about having good hot food for breakfast.

They serve cold cereal, fruit, bagels/toast, hot eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh waffles you get to pour yourself (hot waffle iron right there on the counter), juices, milk, coffee. You couldn't ask for a better FREE breakfast.

They have a laundry service and the staff is very knowledgable about the area attractions.

We can't say enough about this place. We'll be staying here EVERY time we come to the coast, hands down!
