Review: Ocean Terraces in Lincoln City

Ocean Terraces in Lincoln City is an incredible find at a fabulous price. The ocean front, one-bedroom condominiums are owned individually and managed through a central organization. You can go online -- www.oceanterrace.com -- and look at the individual units, which house from 2-5 guests. Frequent guests (people who stay twice in a year, I think) receive a discount, and we recently stayed there with our two children for $85 -- that's for a fully furnished (with a COMPLETE kitchen and king-sized beds in the master bedroom), ocean view unit in a well maintained, attractive, friendly place with easy access to the beach below. There is an indoor pool housed in a building that also has a sauna, pool table, and ping pong table. The staff is effusively friendly. Through the years, we have traveled extensively through the central and southern Oregon Coast, and we have yet to find such a beautiful place to stay for such an extraordinarily, reasonable price. |
